I feel I need to write again , the feelling of loneliness is again taking my soul , ripping it apart.        

I am worried , worried about what happend , is happening , or will happen .

My life is going well , but what is wrong with me !

I am thinking of the end , of tomorrow , I am not in moment .

I was always physically there , and mentally some where else , where? I donot know where is there , what is that that always make me not be there not to feel at home why am I always absent ? .... suffering ... worried not feelling safe and warm ... where am I going....... questiones , never being answered . what do I want ..................................

Here I write a summary of the lifestyle of a deppressed person:

0- you become very weak, you loos your power.

1- you feel you have no power to continue, you prefer to die as soon as possible.

2- you take anti-depression and you feel you can continue the life with alittle bit more caution and with a partner beside.

3- you become so powerful that you think , you are able to do any thing in the world, by your self , you need no partner. you quit anti-depression

4- you become depressed again , and go to the point zero, and this loop continues, and you just wait for a end to this loop.

AS long as you are young , walk, climb the floors by foot, run , laugh and be fast. because as soon as you  be elder, you will  need to climb by elevator , to move by car, and you will not be so fast. appreciate the youth and run and walk as much as you can.
